Get It Done is a four-day program that helps students who are applying to college in the fall complete their applications.
Over the course of the four-day Get it Done program, students will work to complete their Common Applications, their primary college essays, and any additional supplemental essays. Students receive one-to-one feedback on their applications each day from the Get it Done faculty.
Get it Done is led by Alison Furey Nowicki, PhD, and Rebecca Britten (Bee) Loprete, PhD. Alison Nowicki has been a guidance counselor at Concord-Carlisle High School since 2004 and has served as the Guidance Department Chair since 2009. Bee Loprete has been an English teacher at CCHS since 2000 and chaired the English Department from 2008-2012. Both Alison and Bee work closely with high school seniors throughout the school year: Alison helps students to refine and narrow their college choices, and Bee helps students to craft and edit their college essays and supplements.
